Hamas has provided the International Red Cross with Ofer Kalderon, who was a French-Israeli national, and Yarden Bibas, an Israeli citizen, in Khan Younis. Keith Siegel, however, is still set to be released from Gaza City.
These three Israeli captives, along with Keith, were released as a part of the latest stage of the American-Israeli Hamas prisoner exhange that happened after the ceasefire was signed following the 15-month Israeli genocide that occurred in Gaza.
Hamas is also set to reach a deal with Israel where Keith Siegel will be released in exchange for 183 Palestinian prisoners on January 19.
As for the border of Gaza and Egypt, the Rafah border crossing is set to be reopened in an attempt to save the severely injured so they can receive treatment.
