Takehisi faces serious prison term of lifetime after being convicted on six accounts in the Manhattan court

Along with drug and weapon offenses, it was reported by the authorities of the United States that a Japanese crime boss has sold nuclear materials that they bought from Myanmar to Iran.

Aged 60, Mr Takeshi, is associated with Yakuza and was found guilty on six accounts in a federal court seating in Manhattan on Wednesday where the Department of Justice from the United States stated about it.

He is now to be sentenced on April 9th.

Reflecting on the information shared from prosecutors, he was able to sell thorium and uranium to an undercover agent working for the Drug Enforcement Authorities (DEA). The agent posed as a DETA source and worked undercover in 2020.

Michael Ebisawa is to be charged with offering to supply “better and powerful” uranium with a supplement of plutonium. He claimed it was required for fabricating nuclear weapons.

According to the Justice Department, A yellow powder presented to undercover operatives by Ebisawa, has been declared in a forensic examination as containing uranium, thorium and even plutonium.

Further, according to Ebisawa, right after the completion of her Underground arms opposite Chapman’s construction, she and her group attempted to negotiate the assassination of American man that intended to sell US Man-portable air-defense systems and heavy weapons to various Myanmar’s ethnic armed forces. The total required a large amount of heroin and additional meth for partial payment.

U.S. officials say that the Indonesian, Thai, and Japanese authorities who work were the ones to aid in the arrests of Ebisawa and the other individuals.

Matthew Olsen, First Deputy Assistant Attorney G. Matthew Olsen, said, “I hope today’s plea serves as a reminder to organized crime syndicates that the Department of Justice will spare no effort in attacking you while your shield illegal arms trafficking for nuclear weapons and plutonium.”

Ebisawa in light of the accusation of series of international drug trafficking and importation of firearms in Afghanistan is likely going to be sentenced to life in prison.
