mohamed al-bashir former head of the rebel administartion in the north-west, was speaking to al jazeera after beging tasked with government until march 2025 by the islamist militant group hayat tahira al-sham and institutions.
it came as the UN envoy for syria said the rebels must transform their good sounds into practice on the ground.
